I Tried

I have one board called "W.ork it" for all my health-related pins, like exercising routines.

This was one I recently tried. For the most part it went pretty well, but for those of us that can't yet do 70 leg lifts, or even 30, I did maybe 10-20 with a variety of other pilates leg exercises. Overall, a pretty great work out for half an hour.
